Sign-In Issues
Can't sign in
- Make sure you're using the correct email address
- Check your spam/junk folder for the magic link
- Request a new magic link if the previous one expired
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Try a different browser
Magic link email not received
- Check spam/junk folder
- Ensure email address is correct
- Wait a few seconds and request again
- Try using social sign-in (Google/Facebook) instead
Guest Management Issues
Can't add more guests
- Check your plan's guest limit
- Consider upgrading your plan
- Remove duplicate entries
Import not working
- Use our CSV template
- Check for special characters
- Ensure required fields are filled
RSVP Issues
Guests can't access RSVP link
- Ensure event is published
- Check the link is correct
- Verify RSVP deadline hasn't passed
Responses not showing
- Refresh your dashboard
- Check guest email addresses
- Allow time for syncing
Payment Issues
Payment failed
- Check card details
- Ensure sufficient funds
- Try a different payment method
Didn't receive receipt
- Check spam folder
- Contact support with transaction ID
