Ready to unlock more features? Here's how to upgrade your plan.

Upgrading Your Plan

Step 1: Access Subscription Settings

  1. Click your profile icon
  2. Select "Subscription"
  3. Or click "Upgrade" button in header

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

  1. Review available plans
  2. Compare features
  3. Select your preferred plan

Step 3: Complete Payment

  1. Enter payment details
  2. Review order summary
  3. Confirm purchase

Payment Methods

Accepted Payments

  • Credit/Debit cards (processed securely through our payment partner, Polar)

Billing

  • STEVEN Plus: $15 one-time payment (covers your event plus 90 days after)
  • STEVEN Pro: $19/month subscription (annual billing available at a discount)

After Upgrading

Instant Activation

  • New features available immediately
  • Increased limits apply right away
  • No data loss

Confirmation

  • Email receipt sent
  • In-app confirmation
  • Updated plan badge

Downgrading

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Confirm at end of billing period

What Happens

  • Features reduce at period end
  • Data is preserved
  • Excess guests may be affected
