Guest Limits

By Plan

• Starter: 50 guests maximum
• Starter Plus: 150 guests maximum
• Pro: 200 guests per event
• Enterprise: 300+ guests

What Counts as a Guest?

• Each person on your guest list
• Plus-ones count separately
• Children count as guests

Event Limits

By Plan

• Starter: 1 event
• Starter Plus: 1 event
• Pro: 10 events
• Enterprise: Unlimited

Feature Restrictions

Starter Plan Limitations

• Cannot publish events (draft mode only)
• No RSVP collection
• No table assignments

Unlocking Features

Upgrade to Starter Plus or Pro to access:

• RSVP collection
• Table assignments
• Advanced features

Approaching Limits

Warning Signs

• Yellow indicator at 80% capacity
• Red warning at 95% capacity
• Blocked actions at 100%

What Happens at Limit?

• Cannot add more guests
• Upgrade prompts appear
• Existing data is safe
