Is STEVEN free to use?

STEVEN offers both free and premium plans designed for Filipino couples. The free plan includes essential features to help you plan intimate weddings with up to 30 guests. Our premium plans provide additional features like advanced guest management, the ability to publish your kasal, and more customization options.

How do I create my first event?

Accepted Answer

After signing up, you will be redirected to onboarding where you can create your first kasal event. Simply fill in the wedding details, customize your event page, and import your guest list (including ninongs, ninangs, and family) to get started.

Can I customize the look of my event page?

Accepted Answer

Currently, you can add your photo and a background image to personalize your kasal page. We are actively working on more customization options including Filipino wedding themes, colors, and layout options perfect for traditional and modern kasals. Check our roadmap for upcoming features.

How do guests RSVP to my event?

Accepted Answer

When you create your kasal and publish it (available in paid plans), you'll get a unique link that you can share with your guests by copying and pasting it via WhatsApp, Facebook, or SMS. They can click the link to view your wedding details and RSVP directly. You'll receive real-time notifications as guests respond.

Can I track who has and hasn't responded to my invitation?

Absolutely! Your dashboard shows you a real-time breakdown of who has viewed your invitation, who has responded, and what their response was. You can filter guests, response status, and even export the data for follow-up communications with relatives.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We currently accept bank transfers (BPI, SeaBank, UnionBank) and digital payments through GCash and Maya. We're working on implementing automated billing with credit card support. After payment, simply send your proof of payment via email or Facebook message.

Absolutely! While STEVEN is primarily designed for Filipino weddings and kasals, it can also handle other special events.
