Is $15 really one-time?

STEVEN Plus is a single $15 payment for one wedding event. No subscription, no auto-renewal. Premium features stay active through your wedding planning and 90 days after the event - plenty of time for final photo uploads and guest memory collection. After the 90-day window, your account reverts to the free Starter tier and your event data stays accessible in read-only mode. A new one-time payment unlocks premium for another event. The free Starter tier is also free forever for events up to 50 guests.

What happens to my data after our wedding?

Your event stays in your account for anniversaries, memory revisits, and CSV export. You can download your full guest list and budget anytime. Your memories gallery (photos guests uploaded) stays accessible too.

Can I import our existing Excel or Google Sheet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. STEVEN accepts CSV and Excel imports and maps your columns automatically. Plus-ones, dietary notes, table preferences, and group labels (entourage, sponsors, family) all come across cleanly.

Can my partner, family, and coordinator all access it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite your partner, your mom, your maid of honor, your day-of coordinator - anyone you want - to collaborate in real time. Each person logs in with their own account; nobody shares passwords.

Does STEVEN handle cultural wedding roles like sponsors and entourages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guest grouping is flexible — assign roles like principal/secondary sponsors, entourage, family sides, ninong/ninang, or any custom group your wedding needs. Multi-venue flows (separate ceremony and reception) work without extra setup, regardless of the tradition you're following.

How do guests RSVP?

Once you publish your event (Plus or Pro), you get a unique RSVP link to share via Messenger, WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Guests open the link, see your wedding details, and respond. You get real-time updates as replies come in.

Can I track who has and hasn't responded?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your dashboard shows real-time counts of attending, declined, and pending responses. Filter by group, export the data for follow-ups, and see who hasn't opened the invitation yet.

Is my data safe? Who can see it?

Accepted Answer

Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your guest list, budget, and event details are visible only to people you explicitly invite. We never sell or share data with third parties - including your guests' contact information.

Start on the free Starter tier - no credit card required. Plan a placeholder event, explore every feature, and only upgrade to Plus when you're ready to publish your RSVP page and send invites.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, processed through our secure payment provider (Polar). Your plan activates instantly after payment.

Can I customize the look of my RSVP page?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your photo, a background image, and pick from theme options. We're actively shipping more customization (themes, colors, layouts) - check the roadmap for what's coming next.

Can I use STEVEN for events other than weddings?

Accepted Answer

STEVEN is built for weddings first. The same tools work fine for anniversaries, milestone birthdays, family reunions, and corporate events, but the language, defaults, and guest categories assume a wedding context.
