Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, your new features are unlocked immediately after payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Your payment is processed instantly and your plan is activated automatically.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all your guest lists, RSVPs, and planning data at any time using our CSV/Excel export feature. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
Is STEVEN Plus a one-time payment?
Yes. STEVEN Plus is a single $15 payment. Premium features stay active through your full wedding planning and 90 days after the event - plenty of time for final photo uploads and memory collection. After the 90-day window, your account reverts to the free Starter tier (your event data stays accessible in read-only mode). A new one-time payment unlocks premium for another event.
Can I use STEVEN for multiple events?
STEVEN Starter and Plus support 1 event, while STEVEN Pro allows up to 5 events. This makes Pro perfect for professional event planners managing multiple clients.
