Introduction
Welcome to Steven by PrinTrail! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our events management system. By accessing or using Steven by PrinTrail, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.
Subscription Plans and Payment Terms
We offer various subscription plans including one-time payments and recurring subscriptions. The specific terms for each are as follows:
One-Time Payment (StarterPlus Plan)
- One-time payments are non-refundable once the service is activated
- Access to premium features remains active until 30 days after your specified event date
- After this period, your account will revert to the free Starter plan
- To regain premium features for a new event, a new one-time payment is required
- Event data remains accessible in read-only mode after the premium period ends
Recurring Subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise Plans)
- Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month
- Annual subscriptions are billed once per year with a 20% discount
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period
- Event data remains accessible for 30 days after subscription ends
Service Limitations and Termination
We reserve the right to implement the following service limitations:
- Automatic downgrade to Starter plan if payment fails or subscription expires
- Restriction of premium features access after payment/subscription termination
- Data export options available for 30 days after service termination
- Account suspension for violation of terms or misuse of service
- Service termination with notice for extended periods of inactivity
Account Status Changes
Your account status may change under the following circumstances:
- Failed payments: Premium features suspended until payment resolution
- Subscription expiration: Automatic downgrade to Starter plan
- Event completion (One-time payment): Transition to read-only mode after 30 days
- Plan downgrades: Feature access adjusted to match new plan limits
- Account deletion: 30-day grace period for data export
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- One-time payments are non-refundable once service is activated
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refund within 14 days of purchase
- Technical issues will be addressed through service credits or extended access
- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the transaction
Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:

- QR Code Payments:
- GCash
- Maya
- All payments must be confirmed with proof of payment
- Service activation occurs after payment verification
Grace Periods and Plan Transitions
The following terms apply to service transitions and grace periods:
- A 7-day grace period is provided for all plan transitions
- During the grace period:
- Users must reduce guest count to match new plan limits
- Only one event will remain accessible
- Events cannot be deleted during this period
- Access to premium features continues
- After the grace period:
- Account automatically downgrades to comply with plan limits
- Additional events become read-only
- Guest lists exceeding plan limits become read-only
Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to maintain high service availability with the following terms:
- Regular system maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours
- Critical updates may require brief service interruptions
- We maintain regular backups of all user data
- Service interruptions will be announced when possible
- No compensation is provided for standard maintenance downtime
Data Limitations and Management
The following rules apply to data management across different plans:
- Guest Limits:
- Starter: Maximum 50 guests
- StarterPlus: Maximum 150 guests
- Pro: Maximum 200 guests per event
- Enterprise: Base 300 guests per event
- When exceeding plan limits:
- Users must reduce guest count to match plan limits
- No new guests can be added until within plan limits
- Existing guest data remains accessible in read-only mode
- Event Management:
- Events cannot be deleted during grace periods
- One primary event remains fully accessible
- Additional events become read-only when exceeding plan limits
Data Retention and Access
After service termination or plan downgrade:
- Event data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days
- Premium feature data is archived but recoverable upon plan reactivation
- Data export options remain available during the grace period
- After 30 days, archived data may be permanently deleted
Acceptance of Terms
By using Steven by PrinTrail, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of Steven by PrinTrail after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Steven by PrinTrail, you agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Terms
To use certain features of Steven by PrinTrail, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
Payment Terms
If your use of Steven by PrinTrail involves payments, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the service. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Termination
